Want to sponsor the 2010 festival?

The 23^rd Navy Bean Fall Festival Committee is offering several opportunities to support our community festival and advertise your business. The Navy Bean Fall Festival will take place Friday, October 8 and Saturday, October 9, 2010 in downtown Rising Sun and along our beautiful Riverfront Park.  This year’s top musical entertainment will feature “Confederate Railroad” on Friday night and “Parrots of the Caribbean” (Jimmy Buffet style band) on Saturday evening. The festival will also include the traditional parade, food, rides, vendors and family fun along with the famous homemade “Navy Bean Soup and Corn Bread”. By supporting the festival, your business can be visible to the 3,000 + festival attendees.

Our newest fund raising project will be an eye catching sponsorship display. The display will be in a very visible area and exhibited throughout the week of the festival. Your business message will be created on a professionally made 2’ x 2’ sign that will hang on the display. If you would like to purchase a sign, the price for the first year is $300. Beginning in 2011, your sign can be renewed each following year at a cost of $150.

Please complete the enclosed Sponsorship Opportunity Form and Sponsor Information Form to indicate your level of sponsorship. Return the forms and your sponsor donation to the address included by July 31, 2010. A member of the Navy Bean Fall Festival Committee will contact you for further advertisement information.
